I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to Mr. Martin Ngozi Kanu in providing outstanding services when I needed guidance in purchasing my condominium.

Martin and I met at my workplace, and while we were talking I realized he is in Real estate.  At the time, I was looking for a place to buy, but long hours of work were preventing me from searching and gathering information to pursuing my goal.  My financial status was another barrier that was holding me back; I was afraid to get into a situation that I could not fulfill the responsibilities.  In addition I have no experience in house hunting or obtaining a loan. Martin’s positive attitude and commitment gave me confidence and made my dream come true.  He took initiation and become my true advocate in searching and finding a house. 

As picky as I was, he understood what I am looking in a home, what my interests and priorities are which led him to find a suitable home in less than two months.

Finding the place was the first step.  Putting the bid, getting the loan and closing the deal were bigger steps that I could imagine.  At each step Martin was holding my hand and assuring me that every thing will fall in the right place.  His negotiation skills cut the negotiation process short; two days later my offer was accepted and ball was rolling.  I was numb, but Martin was in charge and assuring me that every thing is going in the right direction.

As scared as I was, he understood my frustration and with patience, he helped me to understand the process.  He explained the legal documents, and assisted me with the house inspections.   He was very professional as my agent when he was presenting me.

Once I move to my home, he provided me with the information I needed to settle in my house and guided me what I need to say and do in setting my cable, utility, electric, and waste collection services.

Martin took steps beyond what a realtor does; he did not consider me a as client, I was his family.  He focused on my needs and listens to the heartfelt emotions "below the surface".

I appreciate his honest, sincere, and competent representation.  We become good friends that I can count on him.  After two years, he still answers my questions with smile and welcomes me and my family with open arms.
